Changing or Deleting Product Images

When changing or deleting Product Images on the site(i.e. removing a placeholder image or deleting 100 old images of products from a past season), there will need to be a FULL SYNC that is ran to completely remove these images from the site. 


Here are the list of steps that needs to occur for this to be successful.


1. Make as many changes and adjustments as you can on your end.

    a. Delete the image (old/incorrect) from your Image Manager and FTP.

    b. Add the new image with the same or correct product_color naming code to match with the Data Base.


2. Email success@repspark.com to request that RepSpark runs a FULL SYNC to update the adjusted/correct image to the product.


3. Once completed, confirm with the Customer Success team to inform them your request has been resolved.
